How can I lose weight fast with exercising?

Hi I'm 15 years old and I weight 207 pounds and I'm 5'11. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I do cardio for 1 hour I usually burn from 500-1000 calories. I'm drinking Herbalife products. I want to lose weight but also get cut and buff. I do a regular 1 hour weightlifting and 45 minute cardio sessions and 15 minute sauna sessions. What can I do to lose weight and fat while still gain muscle I also drink protein shakes. My ideal weight is 190 and i dont know how to get there within 4 months. Many people say its better to workout and do cardio since the fat will become hard and become muscle. But many say its better to lose weight first since its going to be hard to lose wieght because the fat will get hard and it will become harder to breakdown. What should I do???

Do various exercises such as cardiovascular weightlifting ect. while at the same time drink a lot of water i used to be fat and i swear water is the answer. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Don't eat to much fruit though because most fruit contains natural sugars

Losing Weight= Exercise AND diet. If your burning 1k calories a day and eating 1.5k, your not getting anywhere. Calories are energy, once you use all of the energy you got from calories, your body will begin to use your storage, fat.
Your fat won't become hard and turn to muscle... And the whole "i'm not losing weight but gaining muscle" is a myth. I would stick to a lot of cardio, watch what you eat. it's pointless to workout and then go to burger king (not saying that's what you're doing)
First thing is first, you don't lose weight AND gain muscle at the same time. Muscle weighs more than fat so you lose both exponentially. Second, you are 15 you don't need the extra metabolic supplements and over the counter crap, you naturally produce all the chemicals needed. Third, Your diet needs to stay consistent. "Eat your vegetables" couldn't be more true. You need to figure out your carbohydrate intake for energy and your protein intake for muscle building. Some fats are good in moderation (not cookies and cake but cottage cheese and milk products as such) Also, drink water and things like green tea. DO NOT DRINK THINGS LIKE GATORADE unless you are seriously working out because drinks like that contain sugars and "supplements" that will counteract your efforts if not used by the body. In a nutshell, eat properly and lift (lest weight more rep) along with cardio to lose the wait, when you reach your target weight, hit the heavy lifting (more weight less rep) and slightly increase the diet. You will find a balance between what you eat and the workout you do.
Doing cardio will help lose the weight. It will not particularly help build muscle. Your fat doesn't get harder, and get harder to break down.
i am 6'0 and i weigh 154, and am in great shape. I am 19. When i was 15, i was around 5'9 and weighed around 215 pounds. it took about 2 years before i was "skinny" and another 2 before i was "ripped". Body conditioning is a long term commitment, you cant expect to lose it all in a couple months, it takes time

I was pretty heavy and I'm not gonna say I'm a stick now cause I'm not and I don't wanna be either but if anything I have lost a good amount of weight by swimming about an hour 3 times a week. Try that or at least start off with twice a week and you will see results! Oh and drink lots of water! Goodluck~
cut out sugar, white flour. eat lots of veggies, fruit, and protien. try an eliptical...magical. lol.
