Is my workout routine any good??.. is it my routine or i'm just a hardgainer?

My Workout routine: All have 8 - 12 reps 3 sets w/ 30 sec rest each set and 1 minute rest each type of exercise.. Mon: Chest - - - Bench press, Inclined Bench, Declined Bench Triceps - - - Overhead Triceps Extensions Triceps Push downs Lying Triceps Extensions(Skull Crusher) Forearms - - - 2 Types(I don't know the names, SR) Abs - - - Roman Chair ( 25- 30 reps - 3 sets ) Crunches(Using AbShaper equipment) (50 - 100 rep 3 sets) Reverse Crunch ( 20 reps 3 sets) Obliques - - - Twister 5 - 10 Min's Wed: Shoulder - - - 4 types (i don't know the name but all of it targets the front,mid,and back muscle of the shoulders) Biceps - - - Standing Barbell curl dumbell curls concentration curls Back - - - Arm row Pull downs Seated row Abs - - - Roman Chair ( 25- 30 reps - 3 sets ) Crunches(Using AbShaper equipment) (50 - 100 rep 3 sets) Reverse Crunch ( 20 reps 3 sets) Obliques - - - Twister 5 - 10 mins I Repeat Monday routine on Friday and Wednesday routine on Sat.. @ sat i don't exercise abs only obliques I think i am a slow gainer or hard gainer because been workin out for 2 months + but still can't see much results on my body.. unlike my friends in the gym.. they have great results even if they don't eat much as i do.. I eat alot.. i mean ALOT.. like 60% protein 10% fats 30% carbs.. i eat 6 - 7 meals a day.. I eat a Banana and take Amino 2222 suplement before workout and I drink Whey Protein Gold(Choc Flavor) and Banana after my Workout.. I usually spend 2 - 3 hours in the gym(I think it's too much though) but i'm trying to shrink it to 1 - 1 1/2 hours.. I'm 5'6" and 58 Kg.. 18 years old guy.. i was very fat at age 8 - 16.. i lost alot of weight when i started cardo at age 17, before i was like 90+ kg now 58.. My goal is to have good body and posture.. i don't want to have a body of a body builder.. i just want a leaner body like celebrities( ahaha ).. Well, i would really appreciate help from experts like you guys.. i thank everybody in advance.. i would appreciate a workout routine too and tips from the experts.. and Btw, i don't usually do cardios.. i focus on working out with weights..

I would do a dramatic shift in your workout. Do super heavy with low reps for a week or two..then back to lighter weight and much higher reps. Ironically, your body will get used to a load and will be very reluctant to move past a certain point. So you need to 'shock' it a bit. CHanging your workout every few weeks or so is a good way to keep the muscles growing. However, if you just wish to stay trim and tone, then keep the same exercises, increase the reps and weights, but keep the reps high. 12-15 or so. And add cardio.
