How to build my chest muscles?

What at-home exercies can i do to build up my chest muscles?

    chinups, pushups, dips. Get a backpack and put weight in it to add more resistance as you get stronger. chinups you need some kind of bar or ledge. A tree branch would work. Dips you can do between your washer and dryer or something like that, but if you can't do dips, pushups are about as good, just make sure you are using a lot of weight. Try to keep reps low and weight high. Good luck.

pushups are definitely the way to go...do three sets of however many you can do...keep track of what you get and once your chest heals in a few days...do it again and try to beat your last number. When you get more advanced you can add incline and decline to your workout by putting your feet on a raised surface like a couch for incline and for decline place your hands on the raised surface and have your feet on the floor. As long as you make sure you get higher reps each time you do it you know for sure your chest is growing....good luck
