How do you lose Belly, Butt and Thigh Fat?

  • Okay, so I've gained a lot of fat in like 2 weeks. And I was really skinny. Now my siblings are like, "Omg, you gained fat a lot!!!!!" So I really want to lose the fat. I also have a little belly fat, and I want to lose that as well, but mostly my butt and thighs. I am only 13 years young and 5'1 and I really want to get to the way I was before. Can anyone of you give me tips on how to lose my belly, butt and thigh fat? Like what exercises I can do, What can I start drinking/eating, etc. THANKS A LOT! :D -De'Zsa

Cardio! so like running. walking. hiking, riding your bike stuff like that. 30 minutes a day and keep your calories under 1200. you'll lose weight.

drink water and milk, nothing else. eat three times a day, no more! (and one snack added won't hurt) Do walking, jogging, dancing, gentle aerobics, cycling, things like that. 30 mins, every second day.

You need to do Cardio workout, and it would also help if you start drinking more water, juices (cranberry, prune, apple, orange, etc,..). You can also run and jog, but if you would like to exercise inside you should do sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, weight lifting, etc.. Hope this helps and Good Luck =D
