Why is it that when I send videos to my email, QuickTime Player never picks up sound?

There's sound on videos I downloaded straight from my camera, but never that I sent via email from my cell phone. Is there a way to fix this?

i dont know what is the video format , you can use Aunsoft video converter to convert the video file and try again . http://www.aunsoft.com/video-converter/
