CA - non profit debt relief programs?
-
Hi, I am going to do a debt relief program - (not a debt settlement) but the kind that is from a non profit organization that is able to stop the interest on your credit cards and then you make one payment to them monthly (but you still pay what you owe - they don't cut the bills in half) and they disburse it to all of your creditors. Now I have done a lot of research and know that these companies are not fraud like the debt settlement companies which is why I am going this route. But I need people's opinions on which company to use and what kinds of fee's are involved. Thanks!
