the cheapest way, would be to get a policy with an adult in his family who has already established a relationship with a insurance company, and coming in under the umbrella so to speak. The only problem with this is how adult is this guy, and is he mature enough, and stable enough not to get in a major crash, and screw up the family members hard earned clear record? So what is cheapest , is not necessarily the best so to speak, ON his own at first his insurance will be higher until he gets a renewal which should drop his premium after the first go round. (as long as his record remains clear. )
