What is the best Basketball Workout that will help me get in the NBA?

  • Question says it all, I am 16 6-3 and I have crazy work ethic. I play for a basketball club and train with them every weekday, plus Saturday which is match day. I used to go to the Gym and had a workout routine but now I don't have that time to do it so I need the best workout that will help me achieve my dream. Don't go soft on the reps or the workout I am ready to do anything!
