Workout routine........?

Can someone give me a workout routine for chest/shoulders/triceps?

  • Hi i would like to know a workout routine for chest/shoulders/triceps because i know it is alot of muscles getting worked, but i can only workout twice a week, and i wanted 1 day chest/shoulders/triceps/ then back and biceps, and i just need a workout routine for chest/should/tris because i do not wantto over work those muslces so can someone please give me a workout routine as soon as possible for chest/shoulders/triceps, P.s if u give me a really good answer ill vote ur answer the best. Thanks

    your gonna need a chair and some weights( if you dont have and weights then when ever you do one of these that requires weights then do pushups) These workouts are really good but its about quality and not quantity but remember that if you cant do any more then try to do one more Slow Motion Push Ups In and out Shoulder Flys (requires weights) Chair Dips Plange Push Ups Pike Press (just like a push up but your but is in the air) Side-Tri-Rise (side Plank) Plank Floor FlysScare Crow (requires weights) Over Head tricep extensions (requires weights) Speed Push Ups Y Press (requires weights) Lying tricep extensions (requires weights)
