::::::Groin Injury ...Need Advice Please:::?

Last week i had a slight strain in my groin muscle..it was enough to end practice for the day and train lightly on it for a week.....then a week later i did the same thing and it injured it again .... i was doing Gymnastic Flares....though im a bboy (breakdancer) not a gymnast.....but this time the swelling is pretty imense and there is a little brusing.....it is not that painful ..its tollirable but walking is kind of staggered and i can jog with some discomfort...This is my first Groin injury...how severe doese it sound to you ...and besides R.I.C.E what can i do to treat it ....and is my goin torn or strained? ...i dont have insurance thats why im asking here and im not going to a doctor.......ive torn ankle ligimants and had my ankle swell..but this is my first time having my inner theigh...groin swell and bruise...also i do stretch alot....I stretch more then a normal yoga person....stretching is part of my daily life ima hardcore stretcher and i stretch my groin alot i can almost do side splits...thats why im wondering how i even pulled my groin in the first place.
