Is it bad to experience sleep paralysis every night?

Can you experience sleep paralysis twice in one night?

• It's almost 4:00 am, so I would like to get back to sleep. I woke up from sleep paralysis about 30 mins ago for the third time in 3 nights, but I was most aware of it it tonight. If you've had it before you'd know it's pretty freaky, so I don't want to go to sleep then have it again. I know my sleep cycles been off lately and I've been frequently been waking up during the night, so that's probably why it's happening. So, I was wondering if you could experience it twice in one night, because if not i'd like to go back to sleep.

  I have had it a few times but yes twice in one night to and I have had a strange hovering over my own body and all around my house, like I was floating like ghostly and have seen frightening demonic like monsters and freak people. It is extremely frightening.These experiences happened to me when I was going through a really bad time in my life with worry over my mothers ill health. I haven't had any of that since the crisis has calmed. I also used to get very nasty nightmares every single night to during the time.
