I need help with swim training.

I need help with training issues?

  • Okay, so here is my situation. I am 14 years old and I training for track in January. I haven't really been training this whole summer, but if I wanna be good, i have to start training tomorrow. Which I plan on doing. Here is a better description about me: -I am 5'7 - I weigh 140 - I have big bone structure/ lots of muscle I want to lose 10 pounds by track, so that I can be faster. Can you help me with like a dieting thing I can go on, or just like a diet and training schedule. Thanks I really need ur help! :)

    start by running a lot everyday, you can go to a gym go run on a treadmill, around a track and ride the bike, do this for about half an hour, you can do lots of squats and jumps to get stronger legs. As for the diet part, at age 14 it isnt very healthy to diet by not eating so i would suggest just eating healthy foods (lots of fruits and vegetables, getting your calcium and protein) if you dont eat enough you will feel very tired. And also drink lots of water during the day and more during training. Hope this helps♠
