What exactly is a perpendicular Universe?

Big Bang - so what exactly is the universe expanding into?

  • Answer:

Your guess as to what it is expanding into is as good as any scientists' guess. The Universe is NOT infinite, but it can expand infinitely. What it is exapanding into scientists don't know. By definition the space , or whatever. is not part of OUR Universe. "...Your facts are uncoordinated...."

I believe its a secondary universe.. because if its NOTHING then how on earth would a bigbang be created and its expantion..? it has to be something there to let the material universe to expand and still is.. if its nothing then the univers expantion doesnt exsist either.. but it is.. so there for its something also outside of the universe too.. I just get angry about experts saying theres nothing outside the universe.. Well let ME TELL YOU ONE THING... if theres nothing and doesnt exsist... then how do you create the universe to grow ON TO? think about it.

you cant really say that the universe is expanding into a particular thing or place because as the universe expands there is nothing ahead of it that it could possibly fill. When i say this i mean that there is literally a state of non-existence that is ahead of the matter that speartips the expanding universe. This concept is something that is a bit hard for us humans to comprehend because it is literally a state of absolute nothing where there is a lack of space, a lack of time, and a lack of matter. in this way, it makes sense to think of the area that is ahead of the furthest-most point of the expanding universe as a nonevent, something that is completely absent and unmade, and something that is truly wild and out of this world.

Space is not nothing, but it consists of at least the quantum field. The Big Bang was the start of time, space, and matter. Thus, the question makes as much sense in physics as asking, "What's north of the North Pole?" I know that this doesn't make sense in our Newtonian experience, but it does in the realm of quantum mechanics and relativity. As Nobel laureate physicist Richard Feynman wrote, "The theory of quantum electrodynamics describes nature as absurd from the point of view of common sense. And it agrees fully with experiment. So I hope you can accept nature as she is — absurd." For more, watch the video at the 1st link - "A Universe From Nothing" by Lawrence Krauss. -

There is no evidence what so ever to tell us what is out there that we are expending into. But most scientist believe that our universe must be interacting with some thing or some kind of forces while it is expanding. The weak gravitational forces is one good example. Our gravity might be leaking into some other universes as it expands. Darwin's theory of evolution might be insufficient to explain changes around us. We could be the product of expanding multiverse collisions.

in m-theory, big bang happen on both side of colliding curtain of universe. and both expanding in their own respecting curtain. so, big bang is not a universe. It happen in a universe. So it can expand, and wither. And another big bang can happen too within the same universe. And big bang is a normal occurrence too. Not the start of all thing.

Someone or something started the big bang obviously nobody knows
