Is this weird bump on my leg somekind of tumor or cancer?

I think Pearl is a little dramatic. The best thing you can do is see the Dr and get it diagnosed. If a bump begins to grow in just a couple of days, I wouldn't let it go. I'm not saying it's cancer but you should call your Dr. Better safe than sorry, I may just be a fatty tumor, they're not cancerous. Or a cyst, not cancer either. A cyst can grow pretty fast and they do hurt because they're taking up space they're not meant to be in. So, check it out OK. Blessings

Im sorry about the bump on your leg, but we really need more information. And one thing if your not sure go to a Doctor right away and have it checked. Are you light haired, and do you have a light complexion, have you been sunburned more than five times in your lifetime. Do you use sunscreen now. Also do you play active sports in a gym MRSA is very easy to get and very contagious. Please have this loooked at right away. Good luck I hope it's not cancer. But any sore or bump that doesn't heal should be checked out.
