Weird bump on my arm?

So I dont know how I got the bruise, I was looking at my arm one day, and I had this bruise there. But it wasn't until a week later that I realized there was a bump there under the white area of the bruise. I don't know what this is, and I was just wondering...

I have a weird bump on my arm just above my elbow, and it looks almost like a small nipple. I bumped it against a fence today and it swelled a lot and was VERY painful. Does anyone know what it is and when it will go away

the bump on has been on my elbow on the side where the hand faces up it doesnt hurt but it bothers me that the other side doesnt have tht and usually people say both sides should be near to identical with bones and stuff
