How to download ROMs to my iPod?

PS2 on iPod confusion! Help.?

• Okay so I have an iPod touch with some great games, but there are greater games out there that aren't apps. I realize that if people jailbreak their iPod they void their warranty. I don't want to jailbreak it because you only get 1000 charge cycles until you have to fix it.I was wondering if I download stuff straight from my iPod on safari from sites like coolrom.com or something is it still jailbreaking? I want to download non Cydia things like emulators and ROMs. Will they still fix my iPod after the 1000 cycles or is that considered jailbreaking? I know downloading ROMs are illegal but they aren't illegal if you actually have the game in person. Thanks.

  First, you don't have to "fix it after 1000 charge cycles". I'm not sure where you heard that, but it's retarded. Second, you won't be able to download anything from Safari without jailbreaking and getting an app that will allow you to download files from Safari. After that, you'll need an emulator from Cydia; unfortunately, there is no PS2 emulator. Third, it's illegal to download ROMs no matter what, regardless of whether you own them. But nobody gives a hoot about this.
