The advantage to a 64 bit processor is the amount of memory space it address. 32 bit processors can only address 4Gb of RAM. If you have a 64 bit processor you also need a 64 bit operating system and the associated drivers for your hardware (i.e. your NIC) to use the 64 bit OS. There is no such thing as 64 bit Internet vs 32 bit Internet.
