  • Answer:

Sure they can, depending on the state. In the State of Indiana, SUnday is considered a holiday and is to be paid at least $1.00 extra of what they normally pay. If they refuse, which is their legal right (freedom of speech) they can be sue and have to pay up to 3 times as much. ************** If Treyvon is suppose to be Cassandra, let her be cremated, she isn't all that innocent. None of the kids are. I do appreciate Larry finally telling me so he can keep his home. and Laura can keep her job, as long as they stop the drugs. For those of you who think it was funny seeing through my pants, stop looking, I didn't ask you to come into my home and I will dress to cover myself and you don't have to look. Just like when I worked at walmart, I wore a skirt and a slip, yet one woman finally told me people could see through it, my only option was to wear 2 slips, and still it could be seen through. I didn't even know that until later, so it pretty well doesn't matter if I dress to cover up or not, I am damned if I do and damned if I don't. Don't look. Stop putting kids on your sicko tricks to get a vote, you suck, and you are abusive. So are your gas prices. Even if I get this divorce my hair will remained covered for the sake of lives. DO not take this as a sign of me wanting to stay married. I consider myself divorced from romas and the usa as of yesterday, sadly I am still stuck in this country. And yes, I will make it to Jerusalem. Until then I will fulfill my obligations. As far as FBI looking into it, FBI looks into a lot of things, I get educated real well by looking into a lot of things. Doesn't do too damned much for me though does it.

If you didnt sign anything then I guess they dont have to pay you anything. Also remember you have to work to earn the holiday - eeg you work 1 month you get 1 days holiday. You arent just automatically given x amount of days they assume you're going to work for the year or whatever.

You need to be more specific if you expect people to research anything for you. Like what company and where do you live. Laws differ from place to place. Some companies pay out accrued vacation/holiday. Some don't.

no signature= they don't have to give you anything.

Yes by law if they did not already give you the time off and you leave they have to pay you out. Also, you sayed that they may not have payed you extra hours worked. If there were any missed or ungiven lunch hours then that would be illegal too. Call your Department of labor and tell them that your former employer is withholding money for your vacation time and if there is any missed pay ETC.. bring that up too. If the Department of Labor in the area you work is not the correct place they should be able to give you info on who else to call. I have had to make these calls and you can be calling government agencies all day. But eventually someone will and can help. Also your Attorney General office might help. Good job not signing a contract. Another idea is if your company has like a human resource department available with people above your boss then you could call them. I called enough people that I got my vacation pay payed to me in a matter of a couple weeks. But don't be afraid to call the government offices I think if you don't work for the company anymore that the Gov. is your best option. good Luck!
