Whats a good workout plan?

Im 13 and i am a boy. I just got off spring break and over that break i gained 15 pounds. I need to get into a workout plan for getting in shape for the summer. Im still growing so i dont wanna lift, but almost anything else. I can work out 5 days a week, but ive got lacrosse tuesdays, wednesdays, and fridays. Im really looking to tone my abs and arms because im kinda chubby. Also any good pump up/ workout music?

A great workout is the Deck of Cards workout. Get a pack of cards and turn face down. Assign an exercise to each suit (for example, hearts - push ups, diamonds - sit-ups, clubs - air squats and spades - calf raises. Flip each card and whatever number comes up, do that many reps of that exercise (example 9 of hearts do 9 push-ups) Jack is 11, Queen is 12, King is 13 reps, and Joker is 15 of an exercise of your choice. Go through the entire deck and you get an awesome workout.

Try downloaded the ab workout app for an iPod if you don't have an iPod/iPhone look at it on YouTube, I usually do it after I run and just go to the gym and find an exercise you are most comfortable with (ex: I enjoy stair-stepper) there are many cardio machines like sit down back rest bike, regular bike, treadmill, elliptical, stair-stepper, and much more. Keep your diet to only water to drink as much as you can, you won't ever drink touch water it is good for you! Good luck!
