Workout routine........?

Does my eating routine and workout routine sound good ? [Trying to lose weight]?

  • Cause by late May or early June I want to have a flat stomach/thinner waist, and just all around slimmer and skinnier. But what will the outcome be if I do this workout/eating routine starting tomorrow for 2 months straight? Of course I'll do it after to but I'm just sayin by the time its the end of May, and early June.. Workout routine everyday- 30 - 40 minutes of jump roping, then 20 minutes of dancing, pushups, situps, lunges, etc. Eating routine: Kashi cereal with skimmilk. Almonds. Spinach, Fruit. Grilled chicken, Almonds Dinner - Spinach, boiled eggs, grilled chicken I'm 5'3, 120 pounds, female, 17 years old. I have alot of body fat. Like how much weight do you think I'll lose, will my stomach be flatter etc?

Hi, A few of things to mention. Don't stretch out cold muscles, warm up first. I would say do these resistance exercises every other night to give your muscles chance to recover. After doing the crunches, do back extension, otherwise you will get muscle imbalance/weakness. Consider getting a Swiss ball to do more effective core exercises. Consider getting some wrist weights or light dumb bells to increase intensity of squats and lunges after a while. Don't worry you won't get big muscles. you will just get better toned muscles. Think about "revving" up the cardio routine on Saturday on Sunday. Hope this helps. UK Personal Trainer and basic Life Coach
