How can i lose weight really fast?

(this is my friend's account) I am 15 year old girl, 5 foot 3 inches, and 192 pounds. i am really over weight. It is march 29th, 2012 today and i wanted to lose weight by summer. which is in about 2 months. I've been chubby my whole life. I need to know a FAST way to lose weight. I don't care if it is safe or not, i just need a way! i plan to go on vacations and things this summer and i really want to be thin. Now, decently thin for me is about 125-130 pounds (i will continue to lose weight from there, i just want to set that as my goal for now) I really want to lose about 60 pounds by the end of May. It's so uncomfortable and hard to live like this anymore. i know skinny people with slow metabolisms that lose weight very quickly and i always wonder how. i try to not eat but i always do! its hard. Ill start my day off saying "do not eat anything" and then i come home from school and stuff my face. i know that losing 60 pounds is really hard for just 2 months, but last time i was sick, i couldnt eat anything for about a week and a half and i lost 10 pounds and kept it off. i know i can do it. i know that i cannot eat and i have to exercise, A LOT. lol :) i was just wondering if anybody had a few pointers for me! please help! i get made fun of a lot too :( its really hard. PLEASE HELP! any kind of way to lose weight, just list it here! i dont care if it is safe. oh, and when i do finally lose weight, how do i get rid of all that extra skin without surgery?!

The fastest way i know is to run in the morning.. before u have breakfast... your body will use its body fat for energy.... do this for 30-40 mins for the fist month then after u can jog at regular times and also hit u tube an do the spartan workout an reduce your carb intake
