How to do a simple character controller?

Dc universe help with character load out for controller ?

  • Answer:

Controller load-outs are so simple, i don't even know the Gadgets powers to build a Gadget controller. check the descriptions for each power. each should have a note under "Controller role". pay attention to those. there are power-over-time (PoT) powers; when you use one, you'll see a lightning bold icon under your status bar. you will get blue ticks of power every 5 seconds or so, for 30 seconds. there's a power-dump power; use that to send power to teammates, eg, refill their blue bar. there are debuff powers -- defense debuff, offensive debufff, healing debuff. those are the basics for controlling. each control power type -- gadgets, mental, and light -- has that assortment. the power effects matter more than the actual power/attack.\ so, for controlling, you will need: a PoT, a power-dump, and a defense debuff. these are usually non-negotiable. you may find some or all of the following useful: offensive debuff, for higher-level bosses; a good pull-the-enemy-toward-you attack; an "oh $#!^" power for when you're suddenly surrounded and about to die -- a supercharge movement skill or shield is good there; and finally some "crowd control" attacks that hit, stun, or otherwise tie up multiple enemies. hope that makes sense, and helps. :)
