Should your weight be forward or back in powder?

Loosing weight and building muscle but should i be using protein powder yet?

  • Hi all i am about 14 stone and hitting the gym every 2 days for a good work out. I have found positive results in regards to weight loss but i still want/need to loose alot more. I also want to be building muscle but shoulf i be using the protein powder i bought yet while still trying to loose the weight or should i wait till i have reached my target weight and then power on with the weights and Protein?? thanks all
