When to take AP economics?

I'm taking 3 AP tests this year. Should I just take Macro and Micro Economics anyway?

• I'm taking APUSH (hard), bio and APES (easy) this year. But since AP testing is coming around the corner, I'm wondering whether or not I should self-study and then take Macro and Micro tests anyway, since they're really easy. I checked out the book, it's simple and ridiculously short. People say that it's among the easiest, after Gov and Politics. Even more so because I get 2 tests for the time spent on one subject, because I can learn both in the same book. I'm confident that if I do sign up for them, I'm guaranteed 5's. I think it's worth it. What do you guys think? Will it meet and college requirements, etc.?

  As a person who took AP Econ I would recommend the course. Econ is incredibly logical (people buy stuff when it's cheap!), and all you need to understand are certain graphs. You seem to be a pretty motivated student, so you should be pretty well off. I personally found the test incredibly easy, but that's because our teacher chose to over teach us in preparation. I believe that economics is a great way of thinking, and is actually pretty useful later on.
