7 hour contract but i have worked 22 hours for last 9 months, what is my holiday entitlement?

please help! i started my job on a 7 hour contract (just working saturday) but after 3 weeks i was asked to work 3 days permenantly, mon fri, sat and i agreed, this was 9 months ago. in november my employer lost the catering contract at the office i work in so we were taken over by another company (TUPE) when i have come to put in holidays my employer says because my contract is for 7 hours per week i am not allowed to have the 22 hours entitlement i believe i should, i think this is 16.8 days. this has got to be wrong, hope someone can help or point me in the right direction. thankyou
