Answer:
Greetings, lenacy! It's been less than three weeks since you updated your site, and the Googlebot only performs "The Dance" (its great crawl of the web) every 4 to 6 weeks. However, one thing you *can* do is provide the Googlebot with a little "nudge". Re-submit your site to Google at the "Submit your site" page: ://www.google.com/addurl.html This will put your URL on a list to be indexed during the next crawl; when that happens, it is likely that the Googlebot will update its listing for your page. Another thing you can do to speed up the process is to submit it to a DMOZ (Directory Mozilla Open Directory Project) category at http://www.dmoz.org (IF you haven't done so already). You can submit it using the generic Submit URL at http://www.dmoz.org/add.html ; however, it's a lot easier if you first find the Category that best fits your site, then look for the blue-lettered "Add URL" hyperlink in the upper right-hand corner -- that will fill in the right Category for you. For more information about getting websites listed on Google, if you haven't already done so, see "How Do I Get My Site Listed on Google?": ://www.google.com/webmasters/1.html Best wishes on an updated listing and increased traffic to your website! Regards, aceresearcher
