How to clear addresses listed on Yahoo search?

im trying to get my brothers email address , is there a way that i can search a yahoo address book or something of public listed email addresses?

I have been trying to find e-mail addresses for some old friends but they aren't listed on the yahoo people search, is there somewhere else I can try for free?
