Can I lose 2 pounds a week with this routine? Diet and exercise?

Is it possible to lose 3 pounds per week for three months with diet and exercise?

  • Answer:

you probably could but it would be very hard to maintain the weight loss. depending on your weight you will loss alot on the first few weeks then it will even out over time. i would advise you to keep a food diary and keep count of all the calories you consume each day. if you wanted to lose say 2lbs a week and weighed 13.7 stone you can consume 1235 calories a day to achieve that so if you then included exercise with this and where able to calculate the calories you burned you would lose weight. but be warned its hard very hard but sooo worth it keep focused and motivated and you will do it. good luck

Yep, that's possible to do but it still depends and it would be difficult. How overweight are you now? What is your diet and exercise plan? Is your diet nutritionally balanced or is it some nutcase detox/fad/unbalanced piece of crud? How do you intend to keep that weight off at the end of 3 months? Simple answer? Possible but very difficult and not necessarily healthy.

Possible yep I guess, but hard, and you should talk to your doctor before trying to lose so much weight so quickly.

Yes it can be done if all you eat is just ftuits, grains and vegetable and drink plenty of water. Plus exersice everyday for at least two hours a day, 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the late afternoon or early evening.

Healthy weight loss is about 1 to 2 pounds per week. Any more than that and you could damage your metabolism and make it harder to keep up that weight loss.

sure it is but maybe not recommendable.. if you lose too much weight to quickly it can leave you with ultra ugly flabby skin
