Best hours to sleep?

PLEASE HELP!!! I have only 5 hours to sleep before a big test. Any suggestions to get the best sleep or something to do tomorrow morning to make my tiredness go away?

Once you are going to bed, forget all about the test and all about tomorrow, or at least just focus on the possibilities of a good score. I would advise sleeping in just a tad more, for the info doesn't matter much if you don't have the energy and memory.

Have exactly one energy drink or equivalent in caffeine right when you wake up. I've been in the same situation. Having more than that will make you jittery and lose focus, but one will keep you awake. EDIT: And go to bed as soon as you read this! Every bit counts!

DMAE in liquid form. DiMethylAminoEthanol. GNC should carry it. Follow instructions and put in a glass of juice or water. It's great for focusing for a long period of time without weariness. It works. The liquid form comes with an eye dropper so you don't have to pour it from the bottle. I think the normal dose is one or one and half eye droppers full in a drink. It's good for long study sessions or tests. It worked for me. Don't use too much or you'll get a headache. Also, Yohimbe is good for energy, focus and labido.
