I have solobaric 2 15s from kicker and there between 800 and 900 watt rms...my question is will a tis amp of 1800 watts(1200 watt rms i believe) push these real good..these are the specs for the amp...1x1800watt peak power@4ohm bridged...2x600watt rms@2oh

Answer:
It depends how you are going to wire the subs? Are you running them in a series? or parallel? what is the resistance of the subs, in ohm's? 1,2,4,8? Example 2 subs wired in a series you would add the resistance for example two 2 ohm subs wired in a series would present a 4 ohm load to the amp. In retrospect two subs wired parallel you would cut the resistance in half two 4 ohm subs would present a 2 ohm load to the amp. Also if the amp says 1200 watts bridged at 4 ohms(don't worry about peak power it doesn't matter)then you need to present the amp with a 4 ohm load this can be achieved with how you wire the speakers to the amp. To wire in a series take positive wire off of amp and hook to the positive side of the first speaker then off of the negative side of the same speaker run a wire to the positive of the other speaker and then from the negative of the second speaker back to the amp, this is called wiring in a series. To wire in parallel run a positive and negative off of each speaker then when at the amp twist both positives together and hook up to the amp (positive side of course) and then twist the negatives together and hook them to the amp on the negative side of the bridged channel, this is called parallel wiring. Don't forget wiring parallel cuts the ohm's in half add the 2 speakers together then divide by 2, for series add the ohm's of the 2 speakers together (2 and a 4 = 6, 4 and 4 =8), etc. Also, also the higher the ohm's presented to the amp the cooler it will run the lower the ohm's presented to the amp the hotter the amp will run. Do not go below the minimum 4 ohm's on a bridged configuration will will eventually kill the amp! Always higher in resistance never lower than specified by the amp manufacturer.
