Am i too heavy to ride a bmx bike?

When I wake up, I lift weights. After that, I usually ride my BMX bike around town, about 25-30 miles per day. When I get home, I lift more weights. I get an average of 10 hours of sleep each night, which is the only rest I receive. Is this unhealthy?

    That's impressive. It's fine as long as you replace the fluids you lose and take in enough calories and protein so you can gain muscle instead of losing weight, which is what I'm assuming you're trying to do. If you want visible muscle definition, you should allow muscle groups a few days between really heavy workouts or they won't heal completely, resulting in a large, less shaped mass of muscle.

I wake up and do 300 crunches. Than take dance class for 3 hours and another 200 crunches. Then another 1 1/2 to 3 hours of classes. Then I lift weights. I may walk a few miles in my city and go out for a drink. Then I sleep 5 hours if I am lucky. I know that what I do is unhealthy. Your routine sounds much healthier then mine.+3

You get more than enough sleep, but the lifting weights 2x a day is a bit much

You need to leave gaps in your working of muscle groups, preferably 48 hours for full muscle recuperation. Make sure protein intake is high to maximize muscle growth upon the rebuild. Other than the aforementioned you are perfectly fine so long as you hydrate.

never work the same muscle twice within a 24 hour period, work it out Monday, work a dif one out Tuesday, do Mondays workout Wednesday.

Healthy or not - it's people like you who make us fat slobs look bad - and we just don't like that whatsoever. Forget that exercise nonsense - sit down and have a couple of big mac's and a Vanilla shake for lunch, then spark up a full flavor ciggy and chill till happy hour when you can load up on chicken wings, pizza rolls, and beer. Screw rest too - rest is for chumps - caffeine, nicotine, and methamphetamine will keep your eye's open and your brain alert...ditch the bike and buy Red Bull by the case - and take the bus - save yourself for old age. Healthy lifestyle people die young - it's a fact! Go for the gusto and live large, it's much more fun then weight lifting.
