What's the quickest way to lose 30lbs?

Whats the fastest, quickest way to lose 10 pounds? I way 115 lbs, and 14, so i cant get dieting pills. help?

    The reality is you are 14 years of age, Female thus are still in the process of shifting your weight around and also gaining natural - healthy weight. I do not know when you entered puberty, however I suspect there is still a shift of mass to the upper front and the read bottom ;-). Further you are still growing upwards. Most early teens (early puberty - 12-15) will gain 'excessive' fat weight, then around 15-17 they will suddenly 'lose' the fat as their body does its final, often painful, upward growth. Fat gain during this period is your body storing up fuel reserves for the 'sudden' growth spurt. You will not be able to eat enough to maintain the growth, since a decent chunk of that growth period will be while you sleep. Since I have no idea how tall you are or how tall your grandmothers were/are or how tall your mom is - I can not tell you how much upward growth you have left to do. I suspect you have at least 6 inches of upward growth left to do, thus 115 pounds is - most likely, 'slender' compared to your final growth height.

You don't want to get diet pills. There's really no great magic to it. Burn more calories than you take in. Eat less. Exercise. Fast is not the answer. What that usually guarantees is that you'll put it back on, and more. If all of these crazy diets and pills worked, there wouldn't be a billion dollar diet industry. People would lose weight and be done with it. The industry counts on them failing and believing in the hocus pocus so they come back and spend more money. Always looking for some way to beat the system. Develop a healthy eating and exercise routine that can last you a lifetime. The rest will follow.

Fast and Quick weight loss is NOT a good idea. and even could be dangerous. in anyone! My suggestion is to eat healthy and exercise. Drink plenty of water, great way to flush the system of the stuff you do not need. And it keeps you from over eating. However in my opinion, 14 year and 115 pounds is not overweight (unless you are just 2 feet tall). Try to look in the mirror and love what you see. hugs to you!
