How to lose weight from hips & thighs?

I want to lose weight around my thighs and hips but I'm only a bra size 30A and don't want to reduce my bust size. How can i do this?

    Depends on what you are talking about, muscle or body fat. Unfortunately, while many believe the myth that body fat can be targeted when trying to lose weight (such as sit-ups reduce stomach fat), this just is not the case. If you do want to reduce body fat in general, it will come off all areas of your body. The best way to do this, is to increase your energy out (exercise) and limit your energy in (healthy eating). I wouldn't expect your bust size to reduce too much. If you have large legs and you exercise frequently, it may be that you are more prone to hypertrophy (increased muscle) than others. I would suggest an activity that is more focused to your upper body. Something like boxing is a great idea- its high intensity, a lot of fun, but doesn't focus purely on you legs like an activity such as cycling.
