Which South-East Asian countries actually pay their professional athletes?

Do countries pay their Olympic athletes?

  • Answer:

Some countries pay their medal winners and it was reported during the Olympics that some Gold medal winners would get $100,000 from their country. The U.S. Olympic Commission pays U.S winners $25,000 for winning Gold, $15,000 for Silver and $10,000 for a Bronze.
