How to solve different queries?

How is it worth for fresher to solve customer queries [tickets]?

  When you say fresher, I assume you're an engineering graduate student and this is your first job through campus placement. It really depends on your career goals. Is doing this work contributing to your long term career goal? Honestly, I had done this before. I was an engineering graduate and wanted to work on software development, and I got this instead(Help Desk tickets). For me, this was a big, big waste of my time and my life. I hated this job, and when I went out to get software development jobs, my experience here wouldn't count, because even though I had a CS degree, I had no dev experience. Frankly, I think it's a not a good job, this is the age where you have to learn about the industry you want to be in, and do some significant work, not resolve silly customer queries. I'd say you do something better with your life and time if you get the opportunity.
