How do you improve your "Toe Touches?"
-
Cheer tryouts are coming up soon! Since I have not cheered in a while, I have forgotten the basics of cheer jumps (particularly toe touches!) My father is bringing home a small trampoline today, but I will need some other tips as well! Please help!

Answer:
I don't know if your talking about a pike or the air splits for touch.Well anyways for both jumps you should be able to touch your toes or the ground even when standing straight if you can't do this do stretches like rocking back and forth in the bridge and rolling on ur back.then practice jumping high for both.now for the toe touch the splits one you should be able to do a full split or close as you can practice trying a full one.for the pike jump try kicking both your legs up fast as you can.
