How To Lose Belly Fat?

I have a high metabolism, how can I lose belly fat?

  • I don't look fat anywhere else but my belly. My belly has a lot of fat on it. (it isn't noticeable unless I have my shirt off) I have a pretty fast metabolism, so I eat a lot but I never get really fat looking. How would I be able to get rid of my belly fat? I could reduce how much I eat, but I can't go on diets because I don't have the money for that and I'm only 14. Recently I haven't been active because I've moved to a new apartment with no kids around. How would I be able to get rid of this belly fat without like dieting or cardio before summer? Thanks I am a male by the way.

    I understand that you don't want to do a "cardio" workout and you haven't been active because there's no one to be active with since you just moved and haven't made friends yet. So, here's what I suggest until you can make friends and start playing baseball or whatever. You do not need or should go on any diets or buy diet pills or shakes. But, do watch what you eat! Read the labels on packaged foods and bottled drinks. Do not consume if it has High Fructose Corn Syrup! This will actually cause you to not lose weight! Do NOT eat fried foods or greasy foods! Fried foods interfere with "Leptin". Look up Leptin on the internet. Eat foods in their natural form. Like eat an apple instead of apple candy, baked potatoes instead of French Fries, steak instead of hamburger and so on. No candy. Eat around 6 servings of fruit and 6 servings of vegetables a day. Avoid carbonated drinks as the carbonation actually stretches out your stomach. Don't eat after 7pm or so. You don't want to sleep with your stomach too full. Sleep in a cool room as a cool room will help you burn calories. Walk or hike 20 to 30 minutes a day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
