How many times a week should a women that is 206.3 pounds and 5 "for and 18 years old workout a week? Can I workout for days a week doing cardio for about 40 minutes and just eat healthier and still lose around two pounds a week? Or does it have to be 5,6, or 7 days a week of exercising?
