I put my Cell Number on the National do Not Call Registry. Why do they allow telemarketers to call Cell phones? Your pay for incoming calls, They should have to answer to some higher authority.

thats prob because your cell number is allowed to be sold to telemarket companys,same as for personal info for hospitals when you get bills coming from collection agencies its the same context your file has been sold to the collection agancies for collection therefore putting the hospital to the side not to deal with it same thing happens with phone numbers and other info...
