How do I tell if my IP is hacked?

If anyone could tell me the phone number that this IP address: 66.87.69.160 comes from-hacked my facebook?

    Actually, the I punched the code into 5 sources IPligence IP Address Labs IP Location Finder IP2Location Infosniper and it gave me Los Angeles, CA. Park city, KS, and Mesa AZ. So you can't be sure whether they live in Mesa or not. and even when I put in Mesa and get coords...it links me to a business - TAG Heuer

There is no cross reference for IP to phone numbers. ~ The IPs belong to the ISPs and they do change.

an ip address shows the location of the ISP, not the person using the ip address. it says that IP address originated from LA, California from Sprint PCS. they will usually be within like 200 or so miles from that location of the ISP. so its not impossible for them to be in arizona. But there is very little evidence that they live there. also not sure how you could find out the real name of the person either. (as fake names are often used on the net). finding any personal information from just an ip address is impossible, unless you have tons of money/power to get information from their ISP.

if you can find them on Facebook, you can use social engineering to find their number. EX: Find them on Facebook, add their friends, ask thier friends for their number. You know be nice to them, make up some bull to get them to give it to you. Best of luck.
