My iPhone won't send or receive pictures.

I can't receive group messegaes, send group messages, or receive pictures from mms on my iphone 4. Help?

I have version 6.1.3 and under net 10 carrier. I can send regular text messages and imessage. Please help!!!!

First check your settings: http://www.imore.com/daily-tip-enable-group-messaging Then check Net10's wesite for specs. But if you can't send group stuff or pics it's 99% of the time NOT the phone's fault. Your ISP/carrier Net10 probably put size limits on what you can send out. Carriers restrict that to keep data traffic flowing smoothly for everyone. Prepaid plans do this more than postpaid ones. Best luck.
