Can someone give me some do's, don'ts, tips, tricks, recipes, and advice of the ballerina diet Thanks a bunch:)

`No such diet, just eat sensibly, as you need a lot of stamina to train to become a ballerina. Update:- You need to eat more substantially than just fruit and salad as suggested by another on this site. Good healthy meals of meat, fish, pasta, bread etc. as well as fruit, veg and salad, and some snacks, but not too many, too often, it is these that will pile on the unhealthy weight. You need to eat the kind of food that will strengthen your bones and keep up your stamina levels.

I'm a dancer and I eat fruit up to 3 times a day and I live on salad but I spoil myself sometimes just eat healthy and don't give up!! Hope this helped xoxo
