Voice recorder as mic for pc?

I have an Olympus voice recorder VN-8500PC is it possible to use it as a mic for my windows PC?

it would be a little awkward, but yes you can connect the Olympus earphone monitor out to the computer sound card line in. you would be better off to just get a mic for the computer.
