Can I create Facebook apps with a Business account?

I created a Facebook Page using the Bussines account, but everytime that I try to register as a Developer it sends me back to my page, i never get to add the Developer app to my Business account. Ive also tried to create a new user of the Personal type and i can register (add the Developer app) but when trying to create my app it says Facebook thinks that my account is not valid to do so, something about being duplicated or fake ... Ive already created apps with my personal account and i know the process but I dont want apps related to my personal account due to different reasons. What are other options to create apps in Facebook without using my personal account?

I'm in a very similar situation. Did you find anything on this issue? I in fact contacted Facebook but there were no answers except telling me that I can't create apps under business account and asking me to create it under my personal account.. Which I can't for a company that I work for.. If you find anything, please post it here..
