How do i change my name on facebook SUCCESSFULLY?

How can I change the name of a Facebook page from a country where the dedicated form isn't avaliable yet?

• Hello. I have a problem with a Facebook page I admin as I want to change the name, yet it's well known that that isn't possible for pages with 200+ fans. I keep reading everywhere that there's a link to a "request change" form at the page settings (and that's the only thing people recommend to me to check), yet as I can report, it is not available in all countries (addressed on a few sites like Just Ask Kim) and where I live (Chile) I have never seen it. I haven't had any luck with getting any reply (and as for late, not even automated) for any kind of form (related with this subject or not) in Facebook, either. I believe people that spend on advertising can get some direct contact with a sales rep., yet I think that the minimum you have to spend for that is USD10,000 and I think is just too much for that.
