That's a really strange way of showing a chord - normally open strings are indicated with a "0" where this diagram is showing a red and a blue dot. I would guess that you play all the strings except the fifth string. I don't know what you mean by how to "sweep" your fingers or how to "pass" a string but I'm guessing that you wonder how to strum the chord without playig the A string? The simplest thing to do is to strum all six steings but to mute the fifth string with a left hand finger. Ypu could lean the finger over that you are using to fret the sixth string.

You can't sweep if the series of notes are broken up. By broken up, I mean you don;t want certain notes to sound in the chord you are sweeping. Sweeping is done with their are consecutive notes on each string with any muting of in-between notes making up that particular chord. The effect would be disastrous. How can you mute one string while you are sweeping 4, 5 or 6 notes ????
