Why am i having trouble with gaining weight im 1.90 cm and 16 years old and im weigh only 76 KG !!?

i usually eat alot but still have trouble gaining weight and i train in the gym but i dont see alot of resaults because im not gaining alot of weight i dont know what to do pls help ...show more

You're not eating enough food. Start at 3000 calories a day (every single day) and up those calories until you start gaining weight. Gaining weight is not fun if you're not used to eating a lot, and you will have to eat past your comfort zone but will rather quickly get used to it. Some good calorie dense foods to add to your diet could be whole milk, oats and peanut butter. It doesn't matter how hard you train, if you don't eat you don't grow.

You have a high metabolism ,I had the same problem , it means your fat will turn into energy faster, if you want help I can recommend some supplements I use whey protein and creatine these WILL help you gain weight I have about 5 protein shakes per day and I go to the gym 6 times a week if that helps? Its just a matter of training and working hard.
