How do the Chinese manage to sell their products in India at such low prices?ADAWS

The chinese goods are manufactured in a large factory where the factors of production are in controlled state.  They get land at subsidized cost. The power is available at very cheap prices.  Due to low inflation, the wages of employees are low.  The food and housing are provided by the company itself. Due to huge surplus of Foreign reserves and controlled currency regime, loans are available at cheaper cost.  Apart from these, they also follow predatory tactics where they try to eliminate competition by offering super low prices wiping the competition as sales diminishes for the local player.  And not just India, they are following the same tactics everywhere.  That is the reason why protectionism of local industry,dumping duty, customs, quota systems and others is a must.
