    I have a degree in zoology and work as a wildlife biologist/ornithologist. I work primarily outdoors studying wildlife. With this degree you can work for a government agency, a non-profit, museums, labs, zoos, or environmental consultant firms. This is also a good major for entering vet school. If you are squeamish about dead animals..you might want to reconsider working with them. ANY field that you get into with animals will expose you to sick, injured, or dead ones. There is really no getting around this. Sometimes you are able to help or save the animal but not always.

the one above me just summed up a lot of careers. the one I'm planning on becoming is a herpetologist. what they do is study reptiles and amphibians. I love to work in the field and with reptiles especially lizards and frogs. of course I have to pass my years of college, but yeah, that's my dream job.
