    You should start out easy, nothing but swimming. Increase your workout as you are able. It's important not to overdo it after a prolonged absence from physical activity. As far as the weights go, wait until you are a bit stronger and talk to your coach first. One thing you don't want to do is add unused muscle mass from muscles that you don't use much for swimming. Extra mass will only slow you down. Pilates are good, as is yoga. You might also do some pushups, dips, crunches, and/or pullups.

uhh... i think you should have a swimming coach with you to guide you.. and in case you're still new, don't jump too fast on those heavy drills! your body might not yet be used to those kinds of things and you might get cramps. :(
